If I wear my Sunset Surf Club T-shirt, do I get a discount? Brian gave me one at Surf Ride a few years ago on a wetsuit (I was joking, like now, but he did it anyway). He’s awesome. So are those boards.
Super rad! …always loved the Sunset shapes & cool color fades! Bitchin’ logos too, I have a couple vintage boards with the Sunset bird logo and always wondered if it was borrowed from ancient Sumerian scripts from Mesopotamia or Egyptian hieroglyphics. Inquiring minds want to know. Good to see Sunset Surfboards back in the lineup. Clean lines! Aloha Sunday
yes logo and other details have been borrowed from annunaki. these boards have arrived from the past via the SURFY space/time short cut, which was also borrowed from annunaki but they requested royalties for that.
Great pix of the old crew. Great looking boards that Brian shaped and Petes airbrushing just makes a great board look better. I still have a old Sunset Surfboards T-shirt that Brian gave me way back and still looks great. Peace, taco’s &$ olas. Doug
