Aquatic Surfy Doodles
This 5’8″ DK quad Fish features some doodle cartoons drawn by your truly. I used to draw on boards quite a bit, but this is the first one in longtime. I used Japanese Posca pens on the sanded hotcoat, which was glossed over and then wetsanded for a performance matte finish.

September 4, 2008I was offered a job in the industry out of college and attended the ASR with my boss. By Saturday, a full 24 hours at the show, I turned the job down in disgust of what this industry is about. Sweatshops, cheap crappy labor, not so cheap crappy products and general Sh#%t talking about the other companies and employess at the show. Word to the wise: if you go, you’ll never want Hurley/Billabong/Quik clothes ever again.
