Thats crazy looking. Too many family members evacuated for me to sit still, but I am glad things are ok for now.
Now go surfing.
The weather has cleared so much today lets hope for the best. Huntington was the best ever yesterday. Sorry had too.
Its tough to get to excited about the phenomenal surf when so many people have lost their homes
When I was a kid October meant epic waves only, I don’t remember these huge fires. Bummer. I would love to go surf all day but that Rancho Santa Fe fire is threating to take the canyon all the way into Encinitas.
And I had heard things were looking up. I can’t imagine what its like on the ground there.I’ve got a couple dozen family members sleeping in two houses in Carlsbad.
Take care of yourself. We are trying our best to send some New York humidity your way.
Here in Portugal we have been seeing the fires on TV and it looks like hell! Hope everybody is ok and the fire stops and you can enjoy the nice waves that are pumping.
All the best
