Good night man! How in the world does anybody make a decision in the “Moonlight” candy store? It’s just flat out painful. Keeping my eye peeled for that CB Bonzer Egg. Although that yellow/blue pod is a sweetie!
I was checking those quads out when I picked up my new Bonzer last Fri. If anyone is thinking about buying one, DO IT! Those boards are so farking clean that I’ve been seriously trying to adjust the summer finances to get one. That’s not gonna happen, but maybe in the fall…
Seems that all the quads I see lately are all double foiled fins. All my quads have been single foiled fins.
Is there a difference. I have been riding them regulary for maybe 8 yrs and don’t know the pros/cons of the double foiled fins.
A lot of quad set ups feature double foiled rear fins for stability and single foiled forward fins for turnability. All 4 fins as double foiled doesn’t sound appealing to me unless it was for tow-ins. If you are riding all single foiled and the board is slipping on you try rear double foiled fins.
I like this one so much that it being featured in my featured article section JP
