Furrow Surf Craft
We adopted Christine Brailsford into the Surfy’verse a few years ago when she would visit us at Moonlight Glassing and shuffle around the factory.
A talented cartoonist and graphic artist Christine is well known for her bodysurfing handplanes and wood paipos.
After a stint working the sales floor at the Surfy Surfy brick & mortar store in Leucadia, California, Christine has been quietly developing her surfboard shaping skills.
We are ready to start releasing her shapes into the wild.
Furrow Surf Craft
Pictured are three stock single fin stubbies all handshaped by Christine.
All have Hull nose entry. Flat to vee bottom. Wide point back. Tapered stringers for some flexy goodness. Quality 5oz glassing all the way around. Wetsanded gloss coats.
Built at the Moonlight/Christenson factory.

May 9, 2014How big can Christine go with this shape? Love the clean looks. Am older guy and these really short ones don’t quite make it any more . I guess if u get to the 7’6″ range it can not be called a stubbie? 7’6″ – 22.5 – 3″?

May 18, 2014How’zit Christine! Soon as I get the extra flow together I am for sure going to purchase one of your awesome shred sleds…I really like that twin fin fish that’s on the SURFYSURFY site as well…sweet single fin stubbies though, will have to go that route when the kala starts flowing again…thank you again for shaping and putting some awesome craft in the water…aloha!
