Looky looky, this is a rare bear. A 7’2″ Von Sol Shadow with a snazzy ice blue resin tint.
7’2″ x 22 1/2″ x 2 3/4″
Big Guy Shadows are uncommon off the rack, especially with color work.
This one is glassed with s-cloth and a volan deck patch.
Shown here with custom Von Sol Stiletto fins and the world famous Nubster trailer fin.
*this board is SOLD, thanks!

Nice board, but SO big. No one should ride a Shadow any longer than 6’0″ – they have so much volume.

Uhm, OK, I am 44 and weigh 150 — but I ride a 5’9″. My point is that a 7’2″ is RIDICULOUSLY long considering the fact that someone weighing 190lbs should be riding a 6’0″ at most -just ask Sean Mattison. These boards have LOTS of volume, due to the full template. All of the performance aspects start to go away once you are over 6’0″ for this model. But maybe the first poster is right and cops ride them 🙂

Just for the record I want to state that anyone that using a jetski to be towed into a wave or anyone that owns a jetski is a complete frickin leper and should go out and buy stussy t-shirts and run around with no underwear , down main street , yelling look at me me me me me.

…very clean glassing work; difficult to get rid of splotches with that color and the subtleties of that shape.
-I m with the others that say that is too big.
For example a modern fish and a rocket fish functional range is always bellow 6ft
Of course you can surf that board if you are big enough; however, you ll not perceive for what the design is intended for.
