    Hey JP,

Can you add your thoughts on the difference between a POD 5 and Bonzer 5 egg with equal dims?
Is the POD better suited for fatter, mushier waves?
Had a few B5 eggs (great boards) just never tried a POD.

    Thanks –

The Pod has the old school 70’s style beak nose so it carries more foam where the eggs are more thinned out.
The Pod has flatter rocker than the egg.
The egg is probably more free and easy, the Pod is a bit more serious. The Pod works in mush, the e-wing eggs are looser, but the Pod can go deep into the hollow stuff.

Sounds awesome, so you think the pod is better for setting a line and getting into the barrel?

JP, where are the stock bumblebees? Bigger ones. Classic three fin bonzer set up. We need some angles. Been much round stuff lately…of course, it is summer…and a bad one for the county surf at that.

I’m feeling a little sluggish, maybe I need a gastropod?
