Nice to see a non surftech Robert August. The Schroff squid is epic and the Stewart is off the wall.

Where do you bid on these? At the sacred craft or something Billabong in Orange County?

    From the website:

On Saturday evening beginning at 6 PM as the Sacred Craft expo closes for the day there will be a Shapers Reception and Live Auction on the pavilion overlooking the bay for attendees from Sacred Craft and ASR.

From 6 PM on guests can grab a beer or a glass of wine, view the boards and settle in for a live auction that will begin promptly at 7:00 PM and finish before 8:30 PM that is sure to be exciting. During the reception period VIP guests can enjoy Primo beer, Wild Rock wine, Sambazon smoothies and Smart water before the bidding begins. Upon completion of the auction guests making purchases that night will be required to take their purchases with them upon payment in full.

I’m loving the concept behind the black space board with the clear viewing panel.

It would be amazing to surf that over a pristine reef in some far flung, exotic location and watch all the reef fish below!

Embarrassing that Billabong can’t spell the word ‘benefactors’ correctly on their own website. (doh)
