Remember, with great egg comes great responsibility. Do not abuse the wave catching powers of the egg. Thank you.

January 6, 2010My 6’10 bonzer-inspired egg was a great investment. It makes surfing a pleasure; not that surfing wasn’t already, but you get the idea.
Old Kook
January 6, 2010Mmmm…that’s exactly how I want my eggs. Now to man up and order.

January 6, 2010My 7’2″ (Moonlight and MC) bonzer egg has an unbelievable wave range and is one of a few really “magic” boards I have owned over 15+ years of surfing. Pulled in nose and rounded pin.
Another spellbinding post, thanks JP. Please take us through the rest of your quiver like that!

January 6, 2010Looking at your quiver, 6’8″ is a comparatively large board. In what type of conditions do you typically ride it? These boards (and the pods) have always intrigued me. I am close to your size, and have never considered ordering an egg in that size. I always figured 6’0″ to 6’2″ would be the right size for me. I have a 6’5″ Russ Short model that works unreal in overhead surf and beyond.
Surfy Surfy!
January 6, 2010I could easily go shorter with this board but I like the glide. You peeps can demo this board by the way. It’s at Moonlight Glassing right now

January 8, 2010I like the white egg in photo 5, the outline is beautiful. Maybe I can snap a board during the coming swell(s). That way, the wife won’t kill me if I order one.

January 10, 2010Great responsibility. Like not showing up five-strong at an already busy not-North County reef? Like that board did today?
Surfy Surfy!
January 10, 2010I loaned it to a Canadian surfer for the weekend, but he didn’t have a posse. He was just traveling with his wife.
