Moonlight Remora’d our way onto the coveted back cover Quiksilver ad of the new issue of The Surfer’s Journal. Trust us, we are surprised as anyone. People have been emailing and calling asking about the board and it’s unusual stringers. It’s a board shaped by the creative and talented Fly Van Swae that we glassed back in 2006, similar to this one. Not sure why it’s there expect maybe my theory that groovy surfboards are the foundation of the massive surf industry complex is true. Hopefully our glass job will create a groundswell of retail sales, revive the consumer economy and end the recession.
