Custom Bonzer Octafish for Tim Stafford. “Hello Moonies! Phil Senese is going to stop by tomorrow (Saturday) and pick up Tim’s boards. Phil is coming by my house on Sunday and passing the boards off to me and then I’m going to meet Steve Jacobi in LA and pass the boards off to him and THEN he’s going to get the boards down to the tip of Baja to deliver to Tim who is coming over from England, whew! Circle of friends indeed. Thanks, Tim Elsner” Shaped by Malcolm Campbell. Artwork by Peter St Pierre

I was thinking Elsner was involved in the logistics of this journey before i saw his name at the bottom.

The things we do for our euro friend to get a free place to stay in the UK… color is insane i will call it (peace over ebola)

    I’m just loving this board, it’s awesome – it’s mine đŸ™‚
Thanks to the circle of friends who got it onto the Baja express on time… can’t wait to ride it when i get down there.
Big-ups to Malcolm for shaping it, Peter, Sally and the crew for doing the artwork and finishing it on time, and to Tim, Steve and Phil for the mission to get it onto the Baja express via Malcolm (who wanted to sneak a peek at the finished board before it left for Far Shores). It seems to embody everything that is special about surfing – craftmanship, heritage, cameraderie and good old fashioned stoke… and it hasn’t even entered the water yet!
    Cheers all
