My bro Cyrus Sutton has a new surf movie coming out so I thought I would hype it:
The surf documentary Under the Sun will have its world premier in Salt Lake City, UT, January 19-23 during the 2008 X-Dance Film Festival.
This unique documentary comes from director/editor/animator Cyrus Sutton, who’s first film Riding Waves won best cinematography at X-Dance in 2004.
Under the Sun hit a hiccup when thieves made off with $30k worth of camera gear but the film is finally completed.

It got held up in some technicalities. Doubtful that it will ever be released.
As for Under the Sun, it should be one of the best films to come out in quite a while. Can’t wait.
