JP, I don’t know if you’ve gotten any feedback on that 8 inch bonzer fin. I put one in on my octafish and I’m having tons of fun. It really lets me put my weight into my turns. Gracias
1 octopus or octosquid (4 to 5 pounds)boil octopus until tender (1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours). Let it cold and add:
1/2 clove garlic, minced 1/2 red onion, medium diced 1/2 green pepper, medium diced 1 tomato, medium diced 1 red onion, medium diced 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Olive oil Red wine vineger Sea Salt and pepper, to taste
