RIP Kenny Mann 

 

Kenny Mann, one of the founding members of Moonlight Glassing, went night surfing at Swami’s in Encinitas as was his full moon tradition the past 40 years, and tragically was found deceased the following morning.
The surf community is devasted.
Kenny was a master of his craft and sanded an estimated 100,000 surfboards in his career.
Kenny was a classic, quirky character who would sonetimes only communicate in movie quotes. Kenny had a sharp memory for detail and his stories of Encinitas surf culture in the 1970’s were rich, funny and endless.
RIP Kenny Mann at age 61.
