Avery Hanel Fundraiser Sat July 27th
Next Scheduled Event:
Fundraiser party for 2 year old Avery Hanel, granddaughter of our guru local shaper, Gary Hanel.
Avery has been battling a rare form of Leukemia. Currently undergoing stem cell treatment with promising results.
Avery’s parents, Peter and Alexandra Hanel, have not been able to work due to Avery’s month long stays in ICU at Rady’s Children Hospital in San Diego.
The Surfy community has rallied around the Hanels and have been generously supporting them during these difficult times.
When: Sat July 27th 12noon-12midnight

What: Live music all day (including GH’s band H2Old) food, drink specials, lots of raffle prizes, silent auction, kid’s art corner and face painting, out door grill.
All donations and proceeds go to the Avery “the brave” Hanel Fund.

My sincere well wishes to you little Avery. I am sorry I will not be able to attend your fund raiser tonight, however, my heart and mind and well wished will be with you and your family this evening.
I truly wish I could contribute even a small humble donation, however at this time I am unable to do so. What I can contribute, is my sincere and heartfelt mana’o to your recovery.
