Miss Surfy Surfy 2010 is Caroline Phillips, pictured here with her super grom Mateo. Caroline is from a far away place called France. For some reason she married Surfy Surfy team rider The Justin. Caroline is one of the finest human beings I have ever met and is a stoked surfer. She represents everything that is Surf Surfy, real people doing real things.
