The Cardiff Surfer Sculpture is Awesome!!!
I cannot express how much I absolutely love this statue. It has enriched my life greatly. Everyone involved bringing this gem into our lives should be commended. The $120,000 was money well spent. I’m glad the statue was placed in such a high profile location. I am proud to be surfer and resident of Encinitas. The Cardiff Surfer statue is truly something for all of us to rejoice together as a community.

July 23, 2007STORY ON CH.8 TONIGHT AT 5PM AND 6:30PM ABOUT SURFER REACTION TO CARDIFF STATUE. I’m a photographer for Ch. 8 and some of the pictures posted on this site of the statue are from video I shot yesterday at the unveiling.
