Customized Warm Jet
The fin set up on my new Bonzer3 Light Vehicle. Bamboo siderunners by Marlin Bacon/101 Fin Co. Center fin is a 6.5″ True Ames retro-fitted with foam by Jack Jensen.
Board feels really light and balanced. Can’t wait for this storm to blow through so I can ride it.
*center fin does not have finishing coat yet, hence the cloth weave.

January 12, 2007Like the site. I have added a link on my own blog (http://timkevan.blogspot.com) where I also write about surfing. If you want to swap links, it would be much appreciated. No worries either way. All very best, Tim Kevan

January 15, 2007Beautiful board. My new Bonzer just might have to be a 3 fin.

January 17, 2007The standard response has been “Bonzer3 smooth and carvy and Bonzer5 looser off the top” but this board turns really tight and is super loose. I think the lightweight bamboo fins are doing something down there…
