1969 Bahne/Hynson

5'10" Mike Hyson shaped for Peter St Pierre under the Bahne Surfboards label in 1969.
Advanced rails and design for the era. Artwork and pinlines by Peter. Iconic symbols of Charlie Chaplin and Mickey Mouse were in reaction to all the Eastern symbols Hynson and crew would have Peter draw on their boards.
Found in a thrift store in 2001 by Tim Elsner. Restored by Richard Reddsurf.
Survived all these decades without getting a leash plug installed.
5'10" x 20" x 2 3/4"
Available for viewing at Surfy Surfy Surf Shop in Leucadia. Not for sale.

Derek Dunfee's brother is having an art show at the Hydrodynamica loft.

Fiberglass Removables

Everyone gets fancy composite fins for their fin systems these days but I still like the good flex and drive you get out of old school fiberglass fins, you know what I mean amigos?

Bonzer Egg Blue

7'4" 7'6" Bonzer 5 fin egg with elevated wing. Airbrushed blue, 5/4 oz glassing, polished gloss.
Plant your back foot even with the wing so your foot is right above the fin cluster and put this puppy straight up into the lip.
7'6" x 21 1/2" x 2 3/4"

Little Rosebud

I had sold this Bonzer 3 Light Vehicle at one point, lucky to get it back. Whew!
(*yet another funky iphone photo app that makes a perfectly crisp photo all blurry and distorted which shows how artsy and rad we are)

Pack 'em up, ship 'em out

Moonlight Glassing's surfboard packing by Moon Mom is 100% epic.
