I'd like to see Trippy Dan ride that little Paipo.

Darn dinosaurs.

It actually works really well. 5' x 23" with a 16" tailblock. The rails are totally straight and the nose was done with a compass -- perfect 1'2 circle. It likes those little inside racy walls that come off the main peak at Swamis. Haven't taken it out in anything over head hi yet. Very fun in small surf too.

Gnar gnar. It ain't a cooperfish. It's a Brog Texas Tombstone. Maybe you should re-name swamis "glider's point", make a blog about it and start riding these exclusively.

That thing is awesome! I saw you with it the other day and got inspired. My friend just gave me his old beat up longboard, I think a transformation is calling =D

There are no cant angles or toe. They are both parallel to the stringer and 90 degrees to the bottom. No it was not a Cooperfish. Although I do have a Nosedevil that is very sick and needs a lot of work. I was thinking of making a sister board with a perfectly round tail and nose. It is not for sale, but if you bring me a dead longboard I will make one like it for you. They ain't pretty but that is the aesthetic.

cheers! I appreciate the response. Gene made this device prototype that I rode for a few years. It had a stringer set up VERY similar to that and the nose was similar too.

Cheery HO!

p.s. ever since I was beamed into SLIDERS i don't even know how to go anywhere else. I remember spots like the bu, poles, cap, the queen. ....heck...i know there are spots just around the corner...GLIDERS....GLIDERS..that has a ring to it.
