Tri-Fin of the Future






6'2" Chris Christenson handshaped custom for the newest Moonbase employee Elliot.
4 oz Volan cloth w/resin tint by Gary Stuber.
Bamboo fins handmade by Marlin Bacon. Lokbox fin system.
Wetsanded gloss finish.
Good stuff!

  1. With the 4oz. Volan and Bamboo fins this board is super light, but feels stronger than most 4 oz boards. STOKED!!

  2. I bet it goes good in solid surf. As for me, I'm about switched over to quads for everything else, shortboard-wise.

  4. What are the advantages/disadvantages of using volan cloth? I tend to be a deck crusher, so I'm wondering if this would be the call for my next board.
