That's by a guy named Tom Neely. He did a series of drawings of superheroes in a cartoony Disney style. That's The Silver Surfer. I should have either put less illos on the board (like just the devil), or more and filled the deck. Moonlight did a fantastic job, but what I gave them to work with ended up less than killer.
